CANVAS delivers using Australia Post Express Services at a flat rate charge of $15 in either CANVAS Dust Bags or CANVAS Shoe & Accessory Canvas Bags
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number, which will allow you to track your delivery.
To guarantee delivery, we recommend your parcel be sent to an address where there will be someone to receive it between 9am – 5pm.
If no one is at your specified shipping address when delivery is attempted, Australia Post will leave a card that will direct you to a local post office for collection.
CANVAS delivers all international orders using FedEX or Startrack in CANVAS packaging

When orders shipped internationally reach your destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.
Your order will require a signature upon delivery by FedEx or Startrack.
Please note: CANVAS unfortunately cannot be held responsible for any possible duties and taxes, which may be applied by customs in the country where delivery is made. The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees that may be imposed will rest with the customer. Please contact your local customs offices if you would like to seek more information regarding taxes and duties. We also, unfortunately, cannot mark any international order as a ‘gift’, due to law prohibitions.
ORDER changes & cancellations for CANVAS goods will only be accepted if in writing up to 7 days after receiving delivery of goods. No reimbursement will be made for postage costs.
INCORRECT sizes are subject to stock availability. Where a replacement size is possible item will be shipped within 24 hours. If replacement size is coming from manufacturing item will be shipped within 2 weeks.
Claims for Faulty goods will only be accepted within 7days of receipt of goods and a confirmed #RA must be given at the customer's expense.
CANVAS does not offer refunds for change of mind and or incorrect sizes. If you are not happy with your purchase, we accept returns for store credit only.
CANVAS reserves the right to review all returned goods and if the fault is not accepted then CANVAS will resend back to the customer at the customer's expense.
If an item is deemed faulty, repairs will be made by the manufacturer and not by CANVAS. In some cases, faulty items cannot be repaired and a replacement or refund will be offered. CANVAS cannot control the availability of material of replacement goods. Nor can we control repair periods and cannot advise what they will be. We will, however, do everything we can to ensure your faulty item is handled as quickly as possible and that you are informed throughout the process. We aim to have your return processed within 24 hours of receiving the item; however, some faults must be approved by the manufacturer before a refund or replacement can be issued. This process usually takes around 1-2 weeks
All returned goods will be sent with Australia Post. Title of the Goods on any CANVAS invoice does not pass to Customer until all monies owed to CANVAS have been paid in Full.
For all Order Indent changes +/ or cancellations will only be reviewed; up to 14 days of receipt of the order confirmation.
